Refund Policy

30 Days:   From delivery to return it.

Condition: Send it back unused, unworn, tags on—no exceptions.

Custom stuff (concrete art, unique prints) is final sale.

How To: Email contact@marsrats.com with your order number and reason. If it’s good, we’ll send a return label. Track it—lost packages aren’t our bad.

Refunds: We’ll check it (5-7 business days) and refund your card. 

Wrong item or damaged? Hit us within 7 days; we’ll make it right with a refund.
